it’s worthy of awe

In an organization, building trust is very important. The leader must take all the responsibilities, especially when the organization has just started up. Like in business, the leader must be responsible for the company’s success or failure. He must be good in operations, strategy, marketing, compliance with safety regulations, hiring or firing, creation of company culture and even sales. This responsibilities is somehow what the CEO’s do. The core of being an executive is decision making. They have the final say in their area of the organization. The CEO provide the effective management and the employee of the corporation and established efficient control and co-ordination organization operation and policies. And give report regularly to the board about officers’ performance. It is the chiefs who link the leadership vision with the strategy and tactics that get carried out.

Just like Dennis Carey, he has the right attitude and personality to be a leader.

What shall I do with all the days and hours
That must be counted ere I see thy face?
How shall I charm the interval that lowers
Between this time and that sweet time of grace?

Cyruz’ jokes
Posted by yeyen05 at 10:56 pm in pipol, my likes

I’ve seen very nice models of Toyota of San Diego. My highschool friend wished to buy toyota cars. He loves to collect models of Toyota. One of his collection was the picture above. I hope he could bring them all back here in the Philippines. There would be no problem because I know he is very rich. By the way his name Cyruz. He’s one of my closest classmates wayback year 2003. He shares a lot of jokes that is why I could always remember him each time I saw Toyota cars. Currently, he is now staying in San Diego. I hope we can meet soon in our batch reunion. I miss him!

I recall during our highschool days, Cyruz was very very funny in our campus. He’s well known in our batch because of his attitude. He is childish but funny. He is always “pasaway”…I mean he is always been sent to our prefect of discipline because of his bahavior. He always ask me to let him copy my answers during exams. I know he had difficulty in academics…and he can’t really make it by himself. So in return of letting him copy, he would let me lend his money everytime I don’t have allowance anymore. Hahahah…anyway he is rich. He don’t mind of the money as long as he gets what he wants. That’s why I couldn’t forget him. And one thing I hate about him is his being “bastos”. He always share about “ex” thing…like phornos..masturbating…and many more.. But in general he is a good guy. He’s also a little bit good looking that’s why many girls who’s after him. Well I think I already share a lot about him..and if he will have a chance to read this blog, I’m sure he would hunt me….hahahah…anyway, till here na lng. Hehehe…

Tattoos Infection
Posted by yeyen05 at 10:20 pm in my likes

Since tattoo instruments come in contact with blood and bodily fluids, diseases may be transmitted if the instruments are used on more than one person without being sterilized. However, infection from tattooing in clean and modern tattoo studios employing single-use needles is rare. In amateur tattoos, such as those applied in prisons, however, there is an elevated risk of infection. To address this problem, a program was introduced in Canada as of the summer of 2005 that provides legal tattooing in prisons, both to reduce health risks and to provide inmates with a marketable skill. Inmates were to be trained to staff and operate the tattoo parlors once six of them opened successfully.

Infections that could be transmitted via the use of unsterilized tattoo equipment include surface infections of the skin, herpes simplex virus, tetanus, fungal infections, some forms of hepatitis and HIV. Tetanus risk is prevented by having an up-to-date tetanus booster prior to being tattooed. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states that no data exist in the United States indicating that persons with exposures to tattooing alone are at increased risk for HCV infection. One should not consume alcohol directly before or after getting a tattoo. Not only does it weaken the body’s ability to deal with physical stress, alcohol thins the blood, causing more bleeding during the procedure and less ink to be absorbed.
