If you are trying to know how to compare home mortgage loan rates and understand the nature of online home mortgage, Amerisave exists to make things easier for you. Get to know more about this well-known retail mortgage company through Amerisave’s profile. It is a direct lender, having funded over 6 billion projects.

Time magazine writer Michael Elliott, in an article, stated that the global economy as was a “Goldilocks” one. Just like the bowl of porridge that the child in the fairy tale sampled, it was neither too hot, nor too cold. It was just right. The global economy we might say now is likened to that cold, gray glutinous bowl of oatmeal, such an unpalatable sight.

Sadly enough, global crisis hit us to the very core. Us who are just ordinary citizens, the boomers who are just starting a family, whose kids have just stepped in the ladder of education, and it’s scary enough thinking what lies ahead. Tough times call for tightening of ropes, saving every penny one could and exploring possible means to augment income. For business people and investors, a lending company that has a solid reputation in the field of mortgage lending, is just what they need. You may again, read about the entire profile of Amerisave by browsing through the site.

What great way to enhance our kids education than to take them to places and let them see for themselves how awesome the world around them is. A more holistic approach to education promises a well-grounded child able to grasp the concepts introduced to him by tangible and eye-opening experiences brought about by learning outside the four walls of the classroom.

A few months back, I accompanied my son to his Lakbay Aral as part of his school curriculum. First stop was to a pencil factory where first through third graders were given a brief lecture and a tour to the Monggol Factory, AMSPEC, in Paranaque.Afterwhich we proceeded to Manila Ocean Park where the kids get to enjoy amazing sites of sea creatures of all size and shapes.

Manila Ocean Park is said to be the “first world-class marine themed park to adopt a fusion concept - bringing together in one complex an Oceanarium, a mall, a restaurant row, boutique hotel, open water marine habitats and multi-purpose function facilities”.

We then proceeded to Museong Pambata where the kids are get a hands-on discovery, satisfying their ever growing curiosity of the things around them.

The kids went home tired yet happy and the parents like me are inpired with the kind of approach of the educators to teaching children, with their deligence in seeking the best and exploring effective ways of reaching out to the kids’ young minds.

Traveling sure gives a big impact in enriching children’s awareness of the things around them and taking the first step for that travel or vacation has never been any easier. What, with a few moments spent in the net, exploring sites such as San Diego calendar of events ,it offers information that you need when you are in San Diego. Discover the buzz in San Diego or what makes it a favorite destination among tourists who love to explore the grandeur of one of the states in America.

Plug-in Profit Site - does it ring a bell to you?

I found out it’s one home business opportunity developed by Stone Evans. Interesting. Who is he? And what is really this home business opportunity all about? What is it selling? How does it make profit?

I am just as eager as you may be and curiosity made me learned three things today. At homebusiness.com I learned that in order for me to have a successful home based business, I ought to have these within me, boiling hot and whistling like a kettle.

*Have a strong “why”. In all our undertakings we need to ask ourselves,”Why am I doing this or simply put, “What drives me?”*Believe that it is possible. If others can do it, why can’t I. Millions is said to have succeeded in making bucks just working through the internet. If I don’t believe it can happen to me..well, it sure it won’t happen to me at all.

*Take the big Leap. One is never really ready to start a home business…he has to start one and learn in the process. It’s a moving target. You have to adapt to change and learn and grow and therefore, succeed!

One training blog that is available for readership is the Plug-In Profit Site training blog

Here, I get to learn some more about the Home Biz Guy, Stone Evans and the system he has cooked up for others to emulate in starting their own business. It offers a free and exclusive plug-in profit site training series that guarantee success with the plug-in profits programs. Browsing through the blog articles under varied categories answer the questions I posted earlier.

Learning about home business opportunities is overwhelming, I should say. But if I don’t take a leap now, I will never be making any progress at all. It’s a good thing Plug-In Profit Site training blog breaks down into tiny pieces information that seem to be overwhelming for newbies like me. I’m definitely taking the leap.

If you want to know more about the best home business opportunity as well as home based franchise opportunities, check out some expert advice from the Plug-In Profit Site training blog by Stone Evans. Find more information about Stone Evans here.

“When I was twenty-four and he, twenty-eight, love and unbridled optimism convinced us that we were more than ready to become ideal spouses. We were, and so we believed, fit to be tied. Five years after into the marriage, we had been initiated into reality many times over. Fights and frustrations had led to anguish and anger. We had had it. We were fit to be tied.
Now as we are approaching a decade of being together, we are less idealistic than we were in our honeymoon stage but far happier than we were within the first seven years. We have jumped hurdles and learned lessons. And most importantly we learned to include Christ being the center of our marriage. We are in for a rough ride still..but Praise be to God who is ever faithful to his promise of seeing us through good times and the bad. And I may be so naive now in saying this but I say it just the same.. Allan and I are really fit to be tied.

“Well it’s good to be together again, it’s a very special place…” Lyrics from a song I sang along with thousands other kids for WCG way back in the early 90’s.

I heard this song again a couple of months back when my family and I visited Baguio City for the Feast of Tabernacles ‘08. Just as any old song that has a nostalgic effect after hearing again after a long long while, this one just rendered me teary-eyed for one moment.

The trip to Baguio not only was a bonding time for my two young men of seven and five, but it was more of a treat to my beautiful mom, Rebecca who has dreamed of going to Baguio since she was a child. I remember in my teens when it was my turn to attend a summer camp provided by the church, mom’s words were, “Go to Baguio, attend the camp..and perhaps soon one of you can send me and your papa to se e the place ourselves.

Fifteen years after that, mom’swish did come true. You can see her all smiles in this photo, as she wears the costume of Igorot.

They are the Castledines’ brood, my foreigner relatives. My sister SJ sent this photo last January and the captioned says it was taken during Erick and Lorna’s visit..at their place. Eric is Graham’s brother..Graham is my brother in-law, got it? Hehe. It awesome to see how these brothers and sisters have evolved over time. All of them here except Ruth, the one in pink, are married ( in one way or another..lols).

Oh let’s talk about Ruth and how she amazed me. You see she really was fat…(pls don’t tell her), like she was 80 kilos back when we met during my sister’s wedding. And look at her now, no, she hasn’t undergone plastic surgeons wonderful acts of science. SJ said Ruth lost weight by merely walking as her exercise. Wow. Amazing, don’t you think so? Now she just weighs a little over 60 kls. Fantabulous..great job, Ruthie!

Meet the new lolas. They are Becky, my mom and Mrs. Ellen Aquino, my youngest sister mom-in-law. The moment I saw this photo I thought how pretty the lolas of Erin are. They have been friends even before my sister and her husband met so practically they kind bond already back then. Now they are officially mag kumares and they look like sisters or cousins perhaps, don’t you think? Oh by the way, Erin is the new addition to our family and is the first grandchild of Mr and Mrs. Aquino.

That’s Erin… our new little darling. Her looks is a combination from her dad, her cheeks and especially her well-chiselled nose that will never ever require a rhinoplasty

Her lips and forehead she got from her mom. And her over all brilliance, from her tita Grace..ahihi.. I love you my little girl!

On the other hand, Erin is beautiful the way she is because of the attributes of two grand moms whose beauties are neverfading.
