Caregivers
Mega star Sharon Cuneta’s incoming movie will be showed tomorrow entitled “Caregiver”. In line with this, noontime variety show hosted by Willie Revillame featured the caregivers in the country who were able to work abroad. They had given the chance to play on one of their segments.
This kind of job is not an easy one. I was listening to those people and contestants as well and they had shared their experiences in foreign lands like Taiwan, Malaysia, Israel and Saudi. According to their statements, it feels so bad to be taking care of strangers and leave your own own family. The common result of this kind of job is taking the meaningful hours that was meant for your love ones and not for people that you don’t know.
Most of them experienced loosing someone they cared about and they were unable to go home because of the signed contract. They’re not allowed to go back in the country unless the days of the contract is done. There are strict companies and all they can do is cry…
I wanna see that movie when I get back home. I’m pretty sure that this movie will be a blockbuster hit. It’s interesting for family who have family members working abroad specially those caregivers.

No commentsLook like a Goddess
Girls look more beautiful with the kind of dress they’re wearing. Right choice of clothing will perfectly make a lady look like a goddess I am now watching a TV show at the same time making a post. The lady was wearing sexy lingerie. It looks great in her! With her looks you won’t believe that she’s above the age of 40! She looks amazing and her husband was thinking that he gets older while his wife is getting younger and better!
As far as I’m concerned, married man loves to see their wife wearing their favorite sheer lingerie. It adds to their affection and deepened more their relationship in going into the next level. Married woman should always remember that they have to look good all the time for their husband. There are plus size lingerie so ladies will have no worries on which ones to fit them. Every woman deserves to wear the clothing that they love to wear regardless of body statistics.
No commentsPeople Search
I found something great today and I wanna share this to you guys! I got excited when I got to visit the people search site!We wanna look for our old friends, former classmates and even our favorite stars in show business! I can sense that its more accurate because their concentration is on searching for people in this planet!!!
Reading news articles about them is a nice activity when bored at home.I myself I’m fond of it. If I’m doing nothing in here I’ll be looking for my favorite celebrities here and abroad as well as authors like Sidney Sheldon.
I already read several literary works of this magnificent novel writer and director. Almost all his creations suit me. My older sister bought some and passed it to me if she’s done reading it.I started reading his books when I was in high school. So guys why not give a try and start looking for Anne Curtis or Sam Milby. It’s so simple you just have to enter name, email, location or tag then boom! You’ll get what you’re looking for!
No commentsPBB Teen Housemates in Puerto Princesa, Palawan
This part of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus is what I like. It’s great to see adventures of the teen house mates outside Bid Bro’s house. In this kind of activity, house mates were given a chance to go out and expose themselves to a new world! A new place that is found in our natural environment. Few were chosen to be part of that exposure. Last week they had their military discipline inside the house and those who passed were able to come to see and experience the beauty of nature in Puerto Princesa, Palawan! Some rode in planes. Others were in helicopters. Hmmmm I haven’t ride on helicopters.I’m wondering how does it differ from riding on a plane. On a plane it’s fine as long as the pilot is really good at it and there were no natural disturbances.
The housemates were brought to an island. They’ll have their island adventure together. Perhaps it will not be that hard becaue they had already experience hardships inside the PBB house with the military officers.
I’m excited to see them and their activities as well. I love the place!! The beach was so lovely! Palawan has the most beautiful beaches in the country. These teenagers were lucky to be part of Pinoy Big Brother Teen History and have these wonderful experiences with their fellow housemates.
Good luck to each of them!!!!! May they have an unforgettable moments in that island and be befriended with those monkeys that visited their mini house and had eaten their bananas and food!jajajajaja LOL
No commentsNational Fare Increase
A Week ago we were aware of the fare increase in all public vehicles. This idea was raised because of the inevitable and continues increase of oil and petroleum. Definitely again this will affect the entire people in the country. The drivers would ask for additional fare. Consumers will also react to that because all the major commodities including the fare are increasing and yet their salary remains the same. They are having a problem on how to budget their money.
The Land Transportation, Franchising, and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) announced the fare increase last Sunday.Well, this issue is an old story. Since before I heard their plight and yet the people can do nothing to stop the increase of oil and petroleum. If there’s no increase in their monthly income then it’s up to them on how to cope up with their personal struggles.
Here’s the provisional fare announced:For public utility jeepneys (PUJs) all over the country, there will be a 50 centavo (R.50) increase in the minimum fares, which covers the first four kilometers. For Metro Manila ordinary public utility buses (PUBs), the LTFRB allowed them to raise the minimum fare of P8 to P9 covering the first five kilometers, with no increase in the current rate in the succeeding kilometers. A discount which is 20% will still be granted to Senior Citizens, disabled and students.
Since PGMA postponed the national fare increase, many got confuse because I guess there are drivers who are now imposing it! That issue was still under analysis. Our president has to talk first to distinguished people to balance things. That is to know if there is a need of an increase. There are drivers who are taking advantages on that and commuters are abused.
I haven’t ride on a public jeepney for weeks now and I don’t know if it has taken its effect here in Davao City. As I observed the taxi’s initial bill is not yet change. Davao City’s drivers should be warned about this, or else they got to see Mayor if they’ll do the same thing to Davaweños.
No commentsWhen Natural Calaminities Attacks-typhoon Cosme
Lately typhoon Cosme had visited the country. It hit certain places in Luzon. The most affected areas are the cities in Region I like Baguio, Dagupan, Pangasinan, Zambales, Isabela, Laoag and Cordillera Valley. It was reported that there were about 30-40 number of people who were dead in the cities mentioned earlier. Since the number of dead people are increasing some cities are now under the state of calamity.
The said typhoon had destroyed the lives and houses of the residences including their source of living.Fishery projects, agricultural, and infrastructural damage were visible. I saw these victims fighting for survival. They were wet, no shelters, no enough food and saves nothing. However there were also some who able to saved some of their belongings.
I had been to this region few years ago. We went to Baguio City and we passed these cities before we can reach to the summer capital of the country. It was cold and rainy season. This region is prone to storms and typhoons where flash floods and landslides usually happens. On our way back to Manila, Kenon Road was closed temporarily because of the fear that accident may happen again. I guess we passed the Marcos Highway and there we saw a van which was covered with soil coming from the mountain. A landslide happened. They were lucky because no was hurt. They were able to go out of the vehicle and everybody was safe. It’s really dangerous to be traveling in the curve highways of Baguio if the weather is in bad condition.
The people who were living in coastal areas are in danger too during this season. Fishermen might lose their lives if they’ll insist to catch fish. There are products like fishes and veggies that come from the cities of Region I. Due to their current weather condition markets were affected. There was a shortage and prices goes up due to delayed delivery and low production.
No commentsRCBC Robbery and Massacre
Two days ago I heard the bloody news about the Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC) Cabuyao Branch in Laguna. A robbery and ruthless massacre shocked the people of the Philippines. In ten years this was the most disastrous thing that happened to a bank! My heart sank as I saw and heard the news on TV. The killers have no mercy! They don’t have a heart! They took about 10-12 Million USD from the bank. The worst thing is they killed all the bank employees including a bank client.
The expected witness didn’t survived. He died yesterday due to the bullet that hit his head. This thing alarmed the people of Laguna. Many felt fear because the people didn’t expect it. We are all shock!
After the crime, PNP and security officials gathered for a meeting to strengthen the security of all banks. They come up with the idea of having a police mobile that will roam around the area and check its security.
Pity to those victims. I am certain that their families are mourning of the injustices. They have my prayers. Condolence to every family of the victims and all Filipinos are looking forward to the justice on RCBC Robbery and Massacre that happened last Friday morning

A Mother’s Love
Last night I saw a drama program. It was about a family who had a father who was very irresponsible. He abandoned his family and lived with his mistress. The worst thing is the mother has to live with them for the sake of her son. His son got sick because of too much depression. The child was traumatized because of the fights and the current family situation. He’s looking for his papa all the time. However, the child saw how bad his father is and decided to went home. The father wanted their relationship to work again but the mother is no longer accepting him as well as his children. His mistress had left him too because he has another girl. The mother raised her children all her herself.
The program is featuring this episode in commemoration of Mother’s Day. The drama is showing what a mother can do for the sake of her children. She can even lost her dignity just to cure his ailing son. At the beginning of the story, I hate it because it wasn’t a good idea to bring his son to his father who is living with his mistress! The mother was the talk of the town and her own children disagreed with that decision of hers.
The child was really confused. However, it was a good decision because the child himself unlock his own questions and wonders. The mother tried and believed that the love of his husband can help his son to recover. She made physical and emotional sacrifices. Imagine living in the same house with your husband and his mistress!!!!But she was wrong. So she went back home and live with her other children who were working and living for survival.
“A mother’s love for her children is indeed incomparable and immeasurable”
No commentsOpportunity for Davaweños
I heard a news yesterday that there are 5 workers from the Davao City Hall who will be sent to Australia. They were chosen to grab the opportunity to achieve higher education. This is sponsored by the Australian Government. They will be staying in Australia for about a year. Their expenses and allowances are sponsored too. All the things that they will learn from their training will be used in the city when they get back in the city. The Australian Government is helping Mindanao in all areas. They started working with our “educational system”.
I already knew that this government is helping the people of Mindanao. When I worked in BEAM ( Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao) I witness the helped done by the Australians. They are introducing new ways and strategies on how to achieve educational goals with the use of proper classroom management. Furthermore, they issued helpful gadgets and other things that are needed in their program. Seminars and trainings were offered for teachers to help them more for the improvement of each school.
It was our break time when I scanned folders. Those folders contained the people who was sent to Australia and their activities during their stay. The Australian Government had already sponsored a lot of people coming from Mindanao and I am glad that they are now getting workers from the local government office. It’s their goal to help the people to achieve development in the city and in Mindanao.
3 commentsDSWD’s Summer Program
The Department of Social Works and Development is having a program for children. They are now catering the search for Local Junior Ambassador for Bright Child. Children ages from 6 to 10 can participate the said contest. To be able to complete the registration, the child who is willing to join should be currently enrolled in school and is physically fit.
The office of the DSWD said that they are doing this because its a right of the children to be developed wholly as a child and as a person who belong to the society. They believe that a child has the capability to become an intelligent one. Doing this kind of activity this summer will help children to develop more their gifts and talents.
